Working with Chris O’Neill has been amazing! He’s made switching insurance companies a breeze. I was very much comfortable and didn’t care if I could get a cheaper rate elsewhere due to the hassle of going through and changing everything. He took charge and was able to break everything down, he explained everything in detail. He described personal experience and worst case scenario. No question was too big or too small for Chris. He answered them all and made you feel like family. That office is truly lucky to have someone who cares. I will now be a State Farm customer for the near future thanks to Chris.
